Testimonials

"I met Colleen in 2007 when she was leading a group of parents focused on building a new gymnasium for Queenston School. This was community action at its finest and I was immediately taken by Colleen’s drive and commitment. As the direct result of her efforts, a new gym will be built. This is what we need more of in public office and I wholeheartedly endorse Colleen's candidacy for School Trustee"

"Colleen McFadden is a remarkable and capable person. She has volunteered in the community for many years. My experience with Colleen is with female hockey. Colleen almost single handily recruited and developed a new 8 and under program for female hockey players as she saw a need that was not being met. She went into the community and marketed the new league. We were overwhelmed by the response, the new league is not only existing, it is prospering, due largely to Colleen.

Colleen is always positive and full of energy, I always know that when I need a volunteer for any aspect of female hockey, I can always count on Colleen to go above and beyond the call of duty to perform the task and always with a smile. She will be taking on a larger role at the Executive level of Hockey Winnipeg, mostly in the field of recruitment and special events.

I have met many people through my life,  but very few with the positive energy and determination that Colleen possesses.

She will be a great candidate for school trustee as I know she has a lot of experience with school boards and all levels of government through her campaign for Queenston school."
